Digislider Time Lapse Controller
- Time-lapse up to 75 hours long
- shoot-move-shoot mode (for HDR and long exposures)
- set-up a time lapse in seconds
- plug-in and go
The Digislider Time Lapse Controller allows shoot-move-shoot mode for time-lapse photography, and has been developed with the Digislider Slow Motor in mind. It allows time-lapse shoots for up to 75 hours long. One dial will set the exposure (if in bulb mode) or the interval time (if in manual mode). The other dial sets the time the motor runs between each exposure. Just plug it into your camera, plug in the motor and the power source and you are ready to go.
We feel it is perfect for easy and quick set-up of time-lapse shoots for long exposures or multiple exposures like with HDR (High Dynamic Range). All the motors are compatible with the Digislider timelapse controller, but it is designed for the slow motor.
The Time Lapse Controller will need any of our external power sources. It is only a shoot-move-shoot controller and it does not do continuous motion like the standard Motor Controller does. The standard Motor Controller will control both motors, but it is continuous movement. You can still do super slow time-lapses, as the slow motor will move about 2-4 hours per metre (depending on power source) on it's lowest setting. But if you are interested in longer time-lapse shoots, or are intending to do high dynamic range or long exposures, then the Time-Lapse Controller will be a better option.
A mobile app will be available soon to easily calculate the time over distance and the seconds of footage you will have.
